First of all, I purchased the 2019 Adobe Premiere Elements (PC Download) several days ago for my more than adequate desktop computer. My download/install didn't work for some reason so I contacted Adobe customer service...online Chat-Style.
Night 1 - I waited about 1 hour and 40 mins while every few minutes getting a message re: busy technical support. I went to bed.
Waited a couple days then tried again with a 'Case Number' provided to me by Adobe by way of email.
Silly me. I thought since I had a case # maybe I would be pushed to the front of the line.
Night 2- Waited another 2 hours for the online Adobe 'Team' and never heard from them. Apparently their 'Team' is super busy.
So ultimately I don't have a working Adobe Premiere Elements product and paid $100 to Amazon for nothing.
Disappointing as I had years of pleasant experience with Final Cut Pro and AVID. I just wanted a decent consumer DV editing program for my kids.
